This is the tenth year of the Asia Festival, and we wish to celebrate it by making all of the shows and events you find in the programme this year free.
Ticket reservations
However, please bear in mind:
Shows at the Biblioteca de Catalunya and the Ateneu Barcelonès:
Although the shows performed here are also free, prior reservation is necessary, as there are limited seats, by using an electronic form you will find by clicking the ticket reservation banner.
This is how it works:
The form: You must first complete all fields on the form. Once completed, a request processing text will immediately appear on screen and you will automatically receive an email with the confirmation and information to pick up your tickets.
Picking up your entry: come on the day of the show with the reservation confirmation email to pick up your ticket. You may be asked for some form of identification. Reserved tickets will be available for collection in the corresponding box offices one hour before the show begins.
Please note the arrival time: as demand for tickets for shows can exceed seats, please note that reservations made will be available to you at the corresponding box office up to 30 minutes before the show begins. From this moment, if the tickets have not been collected, they may be offered to those waiting for tickets.
Release of reservations: If there are no tickets remaining for the show that interests you, 15 minutes before the show begins tickets may become available at the venue box office, as some people who have made reservations might not have collected them within the stipulated time limit.
